Hospitality
Osborn’s hospitality practice team understand the complex issues involved in running a hospitality property. Construction and renovation projects must be done with the utmost care as to not disturb guests staying at the property. These projects also need to be completed in a timely manner so the area of the hotel under renovation can come back online and start generating revenue.
John Osborn has been teaching hospitality law classes at New York University’s Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality and Sports Management since 1997.
