Construction,
environmental, real estate and other commercial litigation focusing on the
representation of large institutional owners and trouble-shooting on
projects experiencing design and construction errors, omissions, failures
and defects.
Professional Experience
Kieran P. Holohan has extensive experience litigating matters relating to
environmental law, construction contract law and real estate law in State
and Federal Courts. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Holohan
has conducted numerous arbitrations and mediations on large scale projects
involving damages reaching several million dollars.
Mr. Holohan served, for 9 years, as one of the chief Assistant District
Attorneys, Kings County to District Attorney Charles J. Hynes where he
tried many cases to successful jury verdict. At the District Attorney’s
Office he obtained significant trial experience and served as Deputy
Bureau Chief, Trial Bureau III–Grey Zone, Grand Jury from July 2002 -
August 2003.
