Professional Experience

Mr. Oberlander was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.  As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Oberlander gained significant investigative and trial experience in the Criminal Court, Grand Jury, and Investigations Bureaus. 

During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, he prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanors and felonies, ranging from simple assault to complex economic theft.  As an Assistant in the prestigious Investigations Bureau, he prosecuted a wide range of White Collar, Arson and Insurance related crimes. 

Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Oberlander managed a division of due diligence and background investigations for Kroll Associates.  He also worked as an investigator for the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, a not for profit criminal justice agency in New York City.  Mr. Oberlander received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Denison University.
