Primary Areas of Practice

Commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of property, commercial leasing, financings, joint ventures and partnerships, and development and construction projects. 

 

Professional Experience

Having practiced in New York for more than 25 years, Mr. Haas has represented insurance companies, banks, and other financial institutions, pension funds, foreign investors, developers, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. His work has involved most types of property, including office buildings, industrial and warehouse facilities, shopping centers and other retail properties, hotels, and multi-family projects, across the country.

 

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Haas practiced at Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance LLP), later switched to Gelberg & Abrams followed by LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P., where he was a partner for more than a decade.
