Professional Experience
Robert J. Egielski
has 21 years of litigation experience, 17 of those years
concentrating in complex commercial and construction litigation. His
experience encompasses litigation at both trial and appellate levels
before state and Federal Courts and administrative agencies, as well
as mediation and arbitration.
Since joining John E. Osborn PC Mr. Egielski has
represented school districts and other large institutional owners in
complex, multi-million dollar construction disputes.
Prior to joining John E. Osborn PC, Mr. Egielski served as
the associate general counsel in the contracts department for the
New York City Housing Authority, the largest institutional property
owner in New York City, assisting client departments in developing,
negotiating and drafting construction, design and related contracts
for large scale capital improvement projects. He is admitted to the
bar in the states of New
