Prior to
joining John E. Osborn, PC, Mr. Green served as a litigation associate
at the law firm Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel P.C.,
where he prepared construction contracts, drafted motions for all
aspects of litigation, advised on Zoning, Building Code and Landmarks
Preservation, represented clients before various administrative
tribunals, including: NYC Loft Board, Environmental Control Board,
Landmarks Preservation Commission.
Mr. Green also served as Land Use Counsel/Senior Associate, at The Rizzo
Group L.L.P., Building Code and Zoning Consultants. During his tenure at
Rizzo, Bradley appeared before the Board of Standards and Appeals for
Zoning Variances and Vested Rights, researched and drafted code analysis
and zoning reports to satisfy Due Diligence requirements. Served as a
advisor for commercial real estate organizations and major retail chains
and advised clients on compliance with ULURP and CEQR.
Mr. Green started his career with the
City of New York, Department of
Buildings as Hearing
Representative, Administrative Enforcement Unit, where he gained
a working knowledge of the NYC
Building, Housing Maintenance Code, and Zoning Resolution. He
represented the Department of Buildings before the Environmental Control
Board and drafted appeals for review before the NYC Appeals Board and
the Board of Standards and Appeals. Mr. Green also interpreted building
plans, land surveys, appraisal reports, property contracts and leases.
